Please direct all such topics to the GCA message board, where you may get a better reply, sooner--or where your issue may already have a posted solution. (I'm also really, really tired of replying to these emails, taking a lot of time out of my day, and having the damn things bounce. See below. No more of that.) If you include a question that you believe requires a reply, be assured that I do reply to all such email (but see above, please). If you do not hear from me within 2-3 business days, more than likely it's because you didn't include a valid email address, or your spam blocker or whitelist bounced or blocked my email.
