These are actually screen shots (with everything except the page trimmed off) of the 50% zoom level of the print preview view from GCAPRN. The actual pages would be in better detail, of course, but this should give you a rough idea of what the pages look like. This is just the first and last pages, since the pages in between were just bunches of spell listings.
