BASELINE.ZIP contains a sequence of data files for building a TL base to work with for your data file sets. From the author: "The Baseline Data File System breaks down skills and advantages by TL as opposed to genre, making it easier to build multiple TL/Genre data file sets. Load the BASELINE.GDF file, followed by the TL and genre files to build a data set. A BaseLine.TXT file is included with the zip archive explaining the files and their use in more detail." LOWTL.GDF contains data for most tech levels. From the author: "This datafile contains skills, advantages and disadvantages common to many campaigns, mostly collected from Basic and Compendium I.
